Processing Time

Please note that to ensure the quality and accuracy of your purchases, our processing time may take 2-3 business days.

Shipping Partners

Burning Kiln Winery uses Canada Post and GLS for shipping, we have no authority over shipping requests. Please contact Canada Post or GLS directly with any requests once you receive your tracking number. 

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer our valued customers the benefit of free shipping within the province of Ontario when your total purchase amount reaches $150 or more. This means that once your order meets or exceeds this amount, you can enjoy the convenience of having your items delivered to your doorstep without any additional shipping charges. 

Shipping Areas

At this time, we are legally permitted to ship within Canada to select provinces:

  • Ontario
  • Manitoba
  • British Columbia
  • Nova Scotia

If you live outside of these areas you can ship to an address within them (i.e., sending a gift).

In-Store Pickup

You can also choose to pick up your order when purchasing through our website. Please allow 2-3 business days processing time before your order can be picked up.

Returned Packages

If the parcel is not able to be delivered and is returned to Burning Kiln Winery, we'll reach out to you via email. You will have the option to have parcel reshipped to you at our regular shipping rates or picked up in-store at 1709 Front Road, St Williams, Ontario. Burning Kiln Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges associated with returned packages.

Return Policy

All sales are final except in the case of a defective product. 

We are committed to ensuring the highest quality products are available in our store. 

If you feel you have purchased a defective product from us, you may return the product to our store for an exchange. Please reach out to us via email at cheers@burningkilnwinery.ca if you cannot make it to our store location. 

Our faulty product return policy does not cover improper storage. Defective returns will not be accepted when the majority of product is absent from the bottle.

Gift Cards

Physical gift cards can only be used in-store and cannot be redeemed online. Digital gift cards can be redeemed both online and in-store.
