Locally sourced snacks paired with award-winning wine
Inspired by the legacy of Ontario’s tobacco farms, The Back Kitchen pays homage to the unsung heroes of the harvest season: the women who tirelessly prepared meals for dozens of workers during long, hot, and demanding days. From the 1950s to the 1970s, these “back kitchens” were separate spaces equipped to handle the monumental task of cooking, feeding, and cleaning for hungry crews.

Our patio looks out over the inner bay of Long Point, offering a stunning backdrop for relaxed, social gatherings centred around great wine and shareable dishes.
