The 2012 vintage of our flagship wine is made with fruit that is kiln dried for 14 days. Matured for 27 months in Eastern European, American and finally in French oak barrels, this showcase red is a beautiful deep ruby red colour with aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate and leather. Though the wine is dry, the flavour complexity and concentration of fruit offers a slight perception of sweetness.
