Burning Kiln Winery is recruiting an experienced Executive Chef to join the team! We operate seven days a week year-round with opening and closing times changing seasonally. The Executive Chef will manage, supervise, organize & direct all kitchen (BOH) operations. The successful candidate will lead and motivate the food services team. They will also design and deliver a menu that compliments and pairs appropriately with our award-winning vintages. In addition to providing an effective, efficient, high quality dining delivery service during the very busy summer months, the Executive Chef will work closely with our Winemaker and our Hosting & Hospitality Manager to develop ‘specialized tasting and pairing experiences’ throughout the year as well as for various special events and holiday opportunities.
